About

Regain the life meant for you.

I believe that human beings are complex creatures. At the core, all we want is safety, love, and connection with ourselves and others.

Somewhere along the way, happiness became out of reach. Whether that’s because of past trauma, work stressors, relationship issues, or long-term mental health conditions, you deserve to get to the root cause of all this pain and create a new pathway.

You’re here today to come back and live the life meant for you.

Therapy helps you find that life.

Therapy is not a quick fix or a miracle solution. We are going in deep and looking at all the different systems that make you who you are. We will look at the other parts that served you in the past, but that may be creating more chaos in your life today.

Therapy is going to get you through tough times and help you grow for lasting change.

Together, we will carve a path that feels more aligned with your values and who you want to become.

About Me

The field of mental health was not a natural choice of profession for me. I, too, went through many ups and downs throughout the majority of my life – and I can say from personal experience that I wish I had gone to therapy sooner.

I didn’t enter therapy until much later in life as an adult. My culture did not consider therapy acceptable. The societal messages I received said that if you received psychological support from a trained specialist, there was something seriously wrong with you.

I carried that stigma and shame for a long time. I wanted to understand why similar patterns were repeating in my intimate relationship, professional career, and social network. So, I went to school for a long time, trained with all sorts of populations, and honed-in on my skills.

But here’s the kicker, after all the schooling and training, I still felt stuck and confused.

The real transformative moment didn’t happen until I went to therapy for the first time in my late twenties. Seeking therapy was a big deal because everything changed for me! Sure, the actual transformation didn’t happen overnight, but I noticed myself growing… and becoming happier. When we slow down and invest in ourselves, it can be a huge game-changer, and the ripple effect is immense.
